Eric Buntoro

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Washington University (2007). He subsequently obtained a Master of Business Administration from Said Business School, University of Oxford (2018), and completed a Master of Advanced Management at Yale University School of Management (2019).

He has served as Vice President Director of the Company since 2025 with a term of office until 2027 based on the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolutions of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk No. 62 dated 18 November 2025

He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst and Investment Banking Associate at Oppenheimer & Co. (2007–2011), then served as Investment Banking Associate Director at UBS Securities (2011), and as Associate – Distressed Investments and Special Opportunities at The Clermont Group (2012). He subsequently pursued his career at McKinsey & Company as Associate to Engagement Manager (2013–2017), Engagement Manager (2019–2021), and Associate Partner (2021–2024).
