Fuganto Widjaja

Bachelor in Computer Science and Economics from College of Arts and Sciences, Cornell University, New York, USA (2003). Then, he finished his Master of Philosophy in Finance from Judge Institute of Management, Cambridge University, UK (2004).

Served as Director (2013–2015) and Commissioner (June 2015–2023). Subsequently, he has held the position of President Commissioner since 2023 and was reappointed in 2024 for a term until 2027, based on the Deed of Resolution Statement of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk No. 20 dated 16 May 2024.

He has experience in the investment and energy sectors, including serving as an Investment Analyst at UBS Bank Singapore (2003).He later held the position of President Director at PT Super Wahana Tehno (2005–2006) and Vice President Director at PT Borneo Indobara (2006–2011).

Subsequently, he assumed leadership roles in various companies, including:
