HERRY HERMANA S

Graduated from Akademi Bank Pembangunan majoring in Banking (1980) and Bachelor of Economics from Universitas Kertanegara (2003).

Served as Nomination and Remuneration Committee member since 14 July 2020 based on the Appointment Letter of PT Sinar Mas Multifinance Tbk Nomination and Remuneration Committee No. 002/SK/SMM/VII/2020 with a term of office not to exceed the term of office of the Board of Commissioners as stipulated in the Articles of Association. Previously, he worked as Accounting & Tax (1989–1996).

Started his career as Staff (1981–1983), Trainer (1983–1984), and Officer (1984–1985) at PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk. Then worked as Accounting at PT Internas Hana Leasing Co. (1985–1989). He has also served as HR Head at PT Sinar Mas Multifinance (1996–2011).
