Ir. Dumoly Freddy Pardede

Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (1989), and Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accountancy, Cleveland State University (1994).

He has served as Director since 2024 with a term until 2027, based on the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolutions of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk No. 34 dated 28 October 2024.

He began his career at the Ministry of Finance, serving as Head of the Sub-Directorate of Audit and Investigation, Expert Staff/Policy Analyst for Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) Development at BAPEPAM, and Head of the Pension Fund Supervision Bureau (Echelon II) (1998–2013).

He was assigned by the Minister of Finance to collaborate with various institutions (2001–2008), including Bank Indonesia, the Indonesian National Police, the Ministry of Finance, and the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK), in developing financial sector regulations and policies.

He also served as Coordinator of Special Audit and Investigation Teams for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and Anti-Corruption Teams, contributing to the development of state financial management.

Furthermore, he served as Head of the Task Force for the Drafting of the Financial Services Authority Law (Law No. 21 of 2011) and the establishment of the Financial Services Authority (2002–2012).

From 2013 to 2016, he served as Deputy Commissioner for Strategy and Risk Management at the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

He also served as Deputy Coordinator of Risk Management Projects for financial sector supervision at the Financial Services Authority (2016–2017), and has been actively involved in overseeing the financial services sector to ensure the stability of Indonesia’s financial system.
