Lynn Ramli

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance from the University of Washington, United States. She subsequently obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing from the University of San Francisco, United States.

Serving as Director of the Company since 2025 with a term of office until 2027 pursuant to the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolution of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk No. 62 dated 18 November 2025.

She began her career as a Product Manager at Citibank N.A. Jakarta (1994–1998). She then served as Finance Manager at LSK International (1998–1999), Marketing Program Manager/Product Manager, Platinum Card at Providian Financial (2000–2002), and Strategic Alliance and Platinum Product Head AVP, Credit Card at Citibank N.A. Indonesia (2002–2003).

She later served as Vice President of Product Management (2003–2005) and Vice President of Marketing, Business Analytics & Service Quality (2005–2006) at Standard Chartered Bank.

Her career continued as SVP & Analytics, Portfolio Management and Personal Loans at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (2006–2008), Director of Business Management at PT Astra International Multifinance/Consumer (2008–2009), and President Director at PT Adira Quantum Multifinance/Consumer Finance (2009–2014).

She subsequently served as Executive Director, Head of Personal Finance/Services (Consumer Banking) at PT United Overseas Bank Indonesia (2014–2017), and most recently as President Director at PT Bussan Auto Finance (2017–2025).
