Bachelor of Textile Chemistry, Institut Teknologi Tekstil Bandung (1985) and Master Business Administration, Indiana University, Bloomington, United States (1995).

Served as a member of the Audit Committee since 27 June 2023, based on the Deed of Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 130 dated 27 June 2023, with a term of office no longer than the tenure of the Board of Commissioners as stipulated in the Articles of Association.

Started her career at the Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK) through various positions (1989–2006), Head of Real Sector Companies Financial Assessment Bureau (2006–2008), and Head of Transaction Bureau and Securities Institution (2008–2011).

She then continued her career as Expert Staff of Policies and Regulations of Financial Services and Capital Market, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (2011).

After that, she served as Acting Chairman of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (2011), Chairman of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (2011–2012), Chief Executive of Capital Market Supervision Agency (2012–2017), and Deputy Chair of the Board of Commissioners of Financial Services Authority (2017–2022).
